Q: Are the Handbags real?
Absolutely, we guarantee every handbag. All of our handbags are professionally authenticated. You never have to worry about carrying a copy, fake or reproduction handbag.
Q: How long can I rent the handbag for?
All handbag rentals are available by the week, two weeks or month. Seasonal rental is also available! (Please contact us for seasonal rentals)
Q: Will I always receive a new handbag?
All of our handbags are new or in "like new" condition. Our standards are very high, and we can guarantee you we will never receive a handbag that's in less than perfect condition.
Q: Can I rent more than one handbag at a time?
Sorry not at this time. You will only be allowed to rent one handbag at a time.
Q: What if the handbag I want is not available?
Contact us and let us know which handbag you want. We can add you to our wait list and when the handbag becomes available you will receive notification. Got 2 Have It! handbags... are constantly adding additional handbags to our inventory! We continually review and add additional handbags to our inventory with today’s popular styles based on current trends.
Q: How will my handbag arrive?
Your handbag will be delivered directly to you. Got 2 Have It! Handbags... will notify you via e-mail when your order is shipped and confirm the date of its arrival. Also, because we require a signature for delivery, select a shipping address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the shipment during the daytime.
Q: Do I need to pay for shipping or insurance when I return the handbag?
No. Got 2 Have It! Handbags... will include a pre-paid and pre-addressed return shipping label in your shipment. All you will need to do is repackage the handbag and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or call FedEx.
Q: What happens if I don’t return the handbag by the designated time?
Due to the nature of our business, it’s very important that you return your handbag on time. Late fees are outlined in our Terms and Conditions, but our clients have established a track record of returning the handbag they borrow in a timely manner. We expect that you’ll do the same out of consideration for other clients.
Q: What if I return the handbag damaged?
All of our handbag rentals come with additional optional insurance available when checking out the handbag. The additional insurance will cover minor damage such as a scratch, stain or dirt. If the handbag is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear you will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the handbag.
Q: Why should I rent a handbag instead of buying my own?
The advantages of renting instead of buying are that you have access to the hottest handbags by the most famous designers. You don't have to break the bank to have great handbags that will surely be outdated in a couple months. Also renting designer handbags is great if you have an event or vacation for which you want to look stylish and up to date.
